NutriScan AI is a mobile application that:

- Estimates nutritional content (calories, protein, carbs, fat)
- Suggests recipes for ingredients
- Tracks your food scan history locally
3. Free and Premium Versions
3.1 Free Version
- Limited to 5 food scans per day
- Access to basic nutrition analysis
- No access to recipe suggestions
3.2 Premium Version
- Unlimited food scans
- Full access to recipe suggestions
- One-time purchase of $4.99 USD
- No subscription fees
4. User Accounts
NutriScan AI does not require user accounts or registration. All data is stored locally on your device.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Share or resell Premium features
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:
- Software and code
- Design and layout
- Text and graphics
- Icons and images
are owned by NutriScan AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
IMPORTANT: Nutritional estimates provided by the App are generated by AI and may not be accurate. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or nutritionist for professional dietary advice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy of nutritional information
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUTRISCAN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages resulting from your use of the App
9. AI-Generated Content
You acknowledge that:
- Nutritional information is generated by AI and may contain errors
- The App should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice
- Food identification accuracy varies based on image quality
10. In-App Purchases
- All purchases are processed through Google Play
- Prices are in USD and may vary by region
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
- Premium status is tied to your Google Play account
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Update these Terms with reasonable notice
- Change pricing with advance notice for existing users
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
